Respected sir,
I have found a small hobby in my otherwise boring life. It has become quite an important part of my daily activity. I do it without any personal expectations. Only with hope that I could contribute to Global Warming problem and our country’s Governance. I feel obliged to do whatever possible through me for welfare of future generations.
I think I can do so by influencing the fourth pillar of democracy which is media in our country as well as others with blogging, digital PR and social networking. I don’t need many, but only quality readers which I think is already the case for the purpose.
My mental health is already not well and not with much hope. Also you and I both know I cannot do much in career progression as an instrumentation engineer.
I have no perticular interest in digital marketing in conventional sense. I want to change it by setting an example online for good of anybody who wants to start a small business online which has become almost impossible by Google’s monopoly.
Sir I have friends who can run a small content creation company. I could also use someone you know who know digital marketing. For that I would require a small initial capital.
Sir but I was thinking a little more than that. I can employ people whome I know are below poverty line in this work and use all profits for further expansion of the company. All of this will be handled by my friends. I will only oversee.
Broadly speaking I want to turn my employment as a instrument to make the underprivileged I know self dependent and make other also self dependent. Meanwhile I work improving the Godi Media.
I know this E mail probably has no element of formalism but since I may have to resign I thought of sharing it with you. If past attendance is regularised as leave with pay one of my objective of arranging starting capital will be achieved.
Further from that I want to continue service if possible but with break of six months as EOL till my health allows. One of the reason I was not satisfied with job was that I feel overpaid while doing Mtech I feel underpaid. So I converted Mtech to Part Time for 2 years and will probably convert to PhD later. Part time or not I cannot say now. So for two years atleast I plan to do Mtech with instrumentation service job and oversee expansion of part time company when on EOL. The blogging and Media work will continue all the time. My main problem is I don’t want to earn money for myself in any profession the usual way. I want to use all usual way income in helping others.
I think that no system is not built to earn money by doing autonomous work. For that the only option right now is donation. Otherwise everywhere there are preset ways and very little chance of innovation without dissent. I think the criticality achieved by PFBR solidifies my opinion.
If it is possible I will be really grateful to you. Otherwise atleast let me leave the job with some retirement capital as I don’t think there will be any same further employment opportunities. But with some capital I will not be totally helpless.
Sir I have not hidden anything from the center from the very beginning for transparancy and trust. If formal communication is not possible regarding my request you can hint me in any other appropriate way. But I will need a reply before I could plan any further. If grant of my request is not possible then I would request to kindly extend this EOL period till I am well enough to come and give formal resignation.
