Unopened Items
Items that are unopened may be returned for refund within 60 days from the purchase date.
Opened Items
Opened items must be returned within 45 days.
Defective Items
We will replace defective items within one year of the original purchase date.

Order Tracking
After you finish your on-line order, you will receive an e-mail from Gun Safety Innovations confirming your order and showing the ordered items plus the payment and shipping method confirmation. When we send your order out, you will receive another e-mail confirming shipment. If you choose 2 day or overnight delivery, the e-mail will also include the package tracking number. Once the carrier has picked up the shipment, you can find the exact location of the package by clicking the package-tracking number link on the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived after 14 days and you think it may have been lost by the carrier, please contact us for further instructions.
Order Changes
Orders canceled before 4 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on the day of the order will receive a complete refund.
Shipping
How long will it take to process my order?
Items that are ordered before 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be shipped out the next business day.
How much will it cost?
Our shipping charges are based upon Fed Ex's current delivery charges.
